At Pleyce, every project is an opportunity to transform everyday life at work. Our recent installation of coffee machines and water dispensers for a client in Nice is a perfect example, an ambitious challenge with two key objectives to achieve.

The context
With employees spread across three different sites and a large proportion working remotely, our client aimed to:
1 – Bring all employees together in a single location to foster collaboration.
2 – Enhance quality of life at the office to make returning on-site more attractive for remote workers.
A major challenge, one we took on with passion and expertise.

Our approach
Coffee machines and water dispensers: more than just equipment
In this project, coffee and hydration areas were designed as natural meeting points. Strategically located, they encourage spontaneous interactions and foster a strong sense of belonging within the team.
But functionality alone was not enough. The quality of both coffee and water was central to our approach. By delivering a premium experience, these solutions become a true driver of well-being. The result: more satisfied, more productive employees—and above all, people who are genuinely happy to return to the office.
A successful project
Through close collaboration between our teams and the client, we delivered spaces that are both functional and visually refined, seamlessly integrated into the new working environment.
Why it works?
- A carefully considered layout designed to encourage interaction and collaboration.
- Consistently high quality, delivering a comfortable and refreshing break experience.
- Modern, reliable equipment aligned with the needs of employees and the organisation.

The outcome
Objectives achieved: a shared space where employees enjoy coming together, and an environment that supports the transition from remote work back to the office.
A word from the Account Manager:
“It’s rewarding to see how thoughtfully designed coffee spaces can positively transform team dynamics.”
